This is an app in GZR Validus ROM to manage UI (status-bar, interface, navigation bar, buttons, lockscreen, ...). Validus Rom is an aftermarket firmware based on the Android Open Source Project.
The Validus Rom offers lots of customization options on Pure android experience along with some clean themes, it also supports Substratum themes.
