Suggestion:[Steem Plus] add delay upvoting at 100% Voting Power

I would like to add this feature in steem plus>setting. This feature already implemented in Delayed Upvoting but not with voting power .
I would like to change this with Voting Power.
If someone only log in once a day and he curate 10 Posts.
The difference is 0.19 at current steem price. If steem price is higher than current value, there will be more different. To get payout evenly we should add the feature I request above.
Proposal
I think this should be added in the setting below Utopian plus because this is important.
The on/off button should be match with other options. I would like to set default Voting Power to 100% so no extra work is need.
Someone may want to add this function with variable Voting Power. If so you may add a slider below the option button.
If someone turn on this feature and upvote on a post, the post will go to the queue and it will be there until Voting Power reaches predetermined level eg 100%. After upvoting a queued post, this post will be removed from queue and continue to next post currently in the queue. This process will continue until there is no post in the queue. Queue should be ordered according to time that they has been added to the queue.
Mockups / Examples
The feautre I requested should be in the place of arrow pointing and the sentence should be the one I wrote or any sentence you think it is suitable. On/Off button should match with the above one and there may be slider who want to change their VP. There will be more benefit if they set VP at 100%.
Benefits
Post authors will get rewards from curator or curators equally. This is better than upvoting a lots of post at once.
