Details

Media Converter is a robust Android application build on top of FFmpeg with clean UI. As it name, user can convert media file to other encoding format easily with preset commands. The app also can be extended, by allowing user to create their own command.

Because the app is related to video then this logo is inspired from icon play and icon converter. Source idea images from Pixabay and wikimedia.

Benefits / Improvements

The logo I design this design relates to a media and converter. So, this new logo is very suitable and looks modern and elegant than the previous logo. Also I use the material design style on this logo. Then on the logotype, I used futura bdcn font

    " do you think the old logo not modern and elegant?. the old logo is very good well balanced in 1:1 aspect ratio (perfect or android icon) and follows material design guidelines.also the color of the old logo fits with the app color scheme.

    Suggestions:

    • Try to focus on projects that really need a logo or projects that don't have any logo yet.
    • Keep in mind, if you designing a logo for android app, try to maintain 1:1 aspect ratio for te icon.
