Screen Rotation not working on some section of App

Expected Behavior: When screen rotations is allowed on a device, the application should be in landscape mode all through the aspect of the app irrespective of the sections viewed.
Actual Behaviour: When screen rotations is on, it works for some part and does not for some part. It does not work for settings sections and does not work when the search button for locstio is clicked.
How to Reproduce the bug:
Download and install your local weather app from F-droid
Launch the application
Change the screen orientation of your device to landscape
Then go to settings or click on search button.
- your local weather: version 3.1.6
- Device: Android version 6.0

The latest version of the application is version 3.1.7
The application is programmed that way, this is probably to avoid some parts to be cut off.
This bug report is considered trivial and of low quality as it is of little or no value to the Open source community and the application developers.
You are advised to report more severe bugs. Finding more severe bugs can be done by anyone irrespective of being computer oriented or not as portrayed by many.
