My Observation on steemit notifications

I recently discovered that some of the notifications which before now has been added to the basic steemit features has been removed. These features has in one way or the other helped to notify steemians on who just posted and what has been posted, thereby allowing curators to read and upvote quality contents as timely as they can. Just recently, the notification item has been removed. It is now even more difficult for steemians to upvote posts as there could be so many post to go through, hence no much time to go through all. I believe this could have been avoided if notifications are shown per time as people make the posts.

These are a few of some of the notifications needed to allow for quick upvotes of quality content and avoid long search for quality posts:

FEEDS

The feeds bar helps to know what latest write-up has been posted and good for a quick perusal to allow for proper upvotes. The functionality and helps curators to upvote accordingly and effortlessly as they can attend to one post per time. I recommend that the notification on feeds should be brought back on.

REPLIES

Notifications in the replies section is needed to know if replies or comments has been made on a post. It's usefulness before now cannot be overemphasized as it keeps everyone abreast of who and what has been done on a particular post.

WALLET

Wallet is probably the most important part of the transactional practices on steemit. Notifications are necessary to allow for proper documentation and follow up on issues that might arise from different transactions. It is actively needed.

These notifications are quite important and should be left functional for smooth participation on this great platform steemit.
