Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.
No vector file other than ai such as svg, eps or pdf.
It's highly discouraged to submit old (and rejected) contributions with or without changes..

It was overlooked.
As you mean for not having a file extension other than .ai I am not allowed to make a correction. How unfair that is.
Those are separate issues, you shouldn't combine them.
We are not welcoming re-submitting old contributions.
AND
We don't approve submissions with missing files.
