The Instagrambot Terms Of Service will inform users of the guidelines of using the instabot and the possible consequences ofusing the bot application in an abusive , inflamatory or defamatory manner.
Examples of actions of abusive uses include: spamming other users, posting defamatory content, etc.
It states also aids the project owner to clearly state his position by notifying the users that the owner can’t be held responsible for any errors in the content presented, or for the information provided being inaccurate, or if the user's Instagram account is locked, blocked or banned due to negligence.
