Dont put small text inside the image in your presentation, its impossible to read.
Multiple gradients in left part of your logo are distracting.
The gaps between surfaces in left part (crystal) are too narrow. Please make them at least 2x wider.
Provide source of the images you used (Diamond and Clipboard).
