Ability to move widgets on task bar

Components

Task bar widgets is very nice as users can hide them once an app is launched and they can add more easily without stress. Making it possible to control various widgets from a spot.

Proposal

The problem is the ability to drag widgets from one spot to another, once the task bar is opened is not possible as widgets cover some part of the screen which makes it not possible for users to do other stuffs

Mockups / Examples

Users should be able to move widgets from one spot to another without having to delete widgets t be able to perform other activities.

Benefits

This will give users ability to control what appears on their screen, and not frustrating users by hiding what some stuff on their screen.
