Facebook React Slovenian translations part 4

Declarative: React makes it painless to create interactive UIs. Design simple views for each state in your application, and React will efficiently update and render just the right components when your data changes. Declarative views make your code more predictable, simpler to understand, and easier to debug.

Here i am again by the order one after another. We have a lot of job to do to finish this project. I never liked social medias like fb, twitter or something. Dont even have proper accounts or posts in those but steemit and utopian literally best! however gives us a great oppurtunity to show our skills to the world and rewards us inreturn. Thanks again!
