• Submissions must contain ...benefits of the work to the project owner.

• Your logo is off balance
• what is the purpose of the hat? there is no relation to the project
• the logorype is not proporsional to the logomark

Suggestions:

• The rules are updated, now graphic contribution is only acceptable if the project owner requested it, or if there's a proof that your work already used by the project owner.
