Add features like sending audios, location, and document on Linphone

Components

Linphone is an open source app offering free audio/video calls and text messaging. With Linphone, you can be reachable at any time, even if the app is closed, with a WiFi or 3G/4G internet connection. Text messaging is an important feature available where i would like to see some additions, so i suggest options for sending audios,locations and documents too.

Proposal

The proposal is about the need of some more options in the chat box available for the instant texting with the added contacts, The Linphone messenger is an alternative for other working applications like Whatsapp, Skype but including options other than just sending pictures to the added contacts is important, in the image below i will show you what we can send to the added friends.

As seen above the available options like gallery, photos and explorer only allows to send photos, images making it clear that some additions are needed, how the improvements can be made can be shown in next section.

Mockups / Examples

As explained above the need of sending audios, locations and even contacts will be a great addition to the options available in the Linphone chatbox, Now i will show you how exactly it will look like on adding the options referred to with the help of the image.

The options i want to be added in the list of attachments have been added, It will look like above and with this improvement we will be able to send audio, location and the contacts that we want to share too.
Some existing apps have been offering it already and this i will like to show with anot picture so it can understood more.

Benefits

As you know the chat messengers are available in abundance and most of them are doing the same job of allowing chats, calls(audio/video) etc. So more options and more features are needed for the app to do better, It already does allow us to send pictures but audios,contacts, or even sharing of location is not possible. So, the proposal clearly indicates at addition of features like sending audio, location and contacts is important. I will like it to be considered.
