Add a feature of sort by Title, Album, Artist, Duration and Ascending.

Jams Music Player is a free, powerful and elegant open source music player which supports many features like downloading whole album from the internet, sorting and tag support.

Proposal

The suggestion that i am proposing is the inclusion of some key features to the app, which are sorting the songs in the directory on the basis of the Title, Album, Artist, Duration and finally Ascending. I will explain it below with a help of an image.

Proposed features are

1. Sorting on the basis of Title
The sort option with which we can arrange the songs in the directory in an alphabetical order, Titles having symbols or numerics at the start are given preference over alphabets.
2. Sorting on the basis of Album
The sorting is done in the form of albums in an alphabetical order, For example an album starting with letter 'A' is given preference over others, Album can at the same time comprise of many songs.
3. Sorting on the basis of Artists
The songs are grouped under the artists they belong to and the artists are sorted in an alphabetical order.
4. Sorting on the basis of Duration
Songs with more duration are given higher preference and vice versa is true.
5. Sorting in Ascending or descending form
Sorting that i have explained above in 4 steps is reversed, that is the opposite is done in descending form and above explanation is done on the basis of Ascending sorting technique.

Benefits

The benefits of the sorting can be explained in the below mentioned points.

1. Sorting gives us quick access to songs we want to listen by categorising them in groups

2. Sorting allows us to listen to songs from same artists or from the same album by selecting the feasible option.

3. Sorting helps us keeping songs on the basis of duration so we can choose the duration we want to listen to.

4. It allows us to search for the songs in an alphabetical order.
   The addition of features is important to give us quick and smooth access to the music library.
