Username characters not showing in Steemconnect login form

Hello Steemit dev team,

This is my first time using Utopian.io, and I've found a little problem during the login process using SteemConnect. The username text and password (asterisk or dot) is not visible, please refer to my screenshot below.

I've tried using Chrome Version 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit) and Firefox Quantum 57.0 (64-bit) and both showing the same problem. I'm using Mac OS X 10.11.6.
