On D TUBE Bug - Not able to view video when clicked

I noticed several times. when i try to open a video in chrome or internet explorer or other browser.
many times i was just able to see only the black photo on the player. video was not playing.
tried to refresh .. copied link and tried again from mobile ..but not playing

some times it playing good and some time not playing!
