Steemnova - display correct technology on click in the techtree

Bug Fixes

What was the issue(s)?

In the techtree you can click on a technology to display more informations about it.

But if you click on a required technology it shows more informations about the "main" technology instead of the required technology.

What was the solution?

In the file "styles/templates/game/page.techTree.default.tpl" I had to replace the variable $elementID with $requireID. Then the correct id will be used to open the dialog on click.
