Steemit Needs a Mention notification

Steemit is the best crypto platform i have had the pleasure of been on. Been a crypto platform, it also militates the relationship between people and as such also stands out as a social media platform.
That been said, it becomes nessecary in order to facilitate and encourage communication between people and also to make sending information to specific people and enabling specific activity on your posts that steemit should have a notification corner or at the very least a post mention notification.
When people are mentioned in a post, there should be away for these people to be informed of these posts. a hint or notification in this direction would assuredy improve and help in inter community relationship building.
