Welcome, Utopian Moderator! - Copywriting Contribution
I've been a Utopian Moderator for only about a week now, and already I have learned so much. I've developed a bunch of features for Utopian, including the "Task Requests" panel, optimizing the moderator workflow, working with blog posts better, crushing a few disgusting bugs, and more!
However, when first started out as a moderator the "moderator rules" were pretty hard to find. I had to ask many questions to more experienced moderators to figure out what can be accepted in Utopian.
I've learned a lot about how to moderate effectively, and I wanted to pass on this information in a beautiful document to my fellow new moderators. And so:
I developed a new page on Utopian with the following information:

My Comment Templates
Recently, I developed a new feature on Utopian optimizing the moderator workflow: Moderator Comment Templates! Every time a moderator reviews a post, they must write a moderator comment with the consistent template detailing why they chose to take that action.
However, old moderators were not very used to the workflow changes and some new moderators may have been confused, so I've integrated my comment templates into the Welcome Moderator document as well.
Expanding Onwards
Steemit has it's own welcome document at https://steemit.com/welcome. Utopian has one for moderators.
As Utopian grows more and gets the ability to create accounts, we'll need another Welcome, Utopian User document as well, likely mirroring the format of my Welcome Moderator template :)
Thanks for reading,
