Developed New Navigation Bar for Utopian
Utopian is slowly switching to its new design! This "Version 2.0" will feature a variety of changes all over the platform, ensuring a smoother, easier, and more beautiful website.
We will slowly begin switching soon to the new version, as development has already begun! We've decided to gradually switch as this will allow users more time to adjust to the new features.
Here's the first of the new features:
New Navigational Bar
Here's a quick "Before/After" for the navigation bar:
Changes
The changes include:
- all-new Utopian logo (thanks for the logo design!)
- switch from white/light background to dark/black
- top navigation modals now have black background / white text theme
- new

button
I would like to also thank @espoem (a Utopian supervisor) for helping me with user suggestions for this. During the design testing, he gave lots of feedback on how to improve the UI and this definitely helped make the design much better.
Proof of Work
I will not be using pull requests as proof of work anymore because at this point I "work" directly for the Utopian organization :) I'll simply leave the start commit link and the end commit link. You can assume all relevant commits in between, made by @mooncryption, are part of my work:
This new user interface will be available for the public very soon so stay tuned!

Don't make the contrast too high please, thanks! :D
I agree with a lower contrast, perhaps a dark gray would be a better background.
Should stay as white, in my opinion. Of course black looks good, but at the end, the most important is the usability, the less distracting, the best.
since the websites background is white, a black bar has more contrast hence more visibility. the problem is pure black has too much contrast with the white text.
