Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.

It seems you accidentally chose the task request category, instead of the normal Graphics category for contributors. Task requests are for project owners who are looking for contributors. Unfortunately we cannot change this afterwards at the moment.
For the graphics category it is also always better to check if there's a demand for a certain contribution. In the future it's possible that graphic contributions will be accepted only if a project owner explicitly asked for them.
