Odyssey player should have a global chart feature that lists top songs and albums across the globe.

Odyssey player is an open source application that plays all types of media files.
Proposal
My proposal is that the developers should consider adding a musical chart of top songs across the globe to the music player that comes with this application. The global charts should atleast contain the top 10 songs and albums in each country or atleast for major countries like the US, UK etc. It could be more than just top 10 if need be.

The feature should be built in a way that allows users to choose whether to listen to local files (ie already downloaded music) or from the global charts as illustrated on the above screenshots.
Benefits
This feature will benefit users, people love to hear new music everyday, and the fact that this feature in this application will help automatically updates users with latest music as well as worldwide top songs is a plus to the brand and offcourse a whole new level of excitement to users. Not only can one get these updates on new trending songs but can actually listen to them without having to go find download. source elsewhere.
