After searching on GitHub and I found DB Creator Project. The project owner need a logo for his project and open the task request on Github.
The Reference DB Creator is a pipeline to create reference databases for arbitrary markers and taxonomic groups from NCBI data. It can optionally be used to trim and orient the sequences and train taxonomic classifiers.

Benefits / Improvements
The concept of this logo idea is Database server and pipeline/ create database. The color of the logo chosen by the project owner is blue. I made this logo according to the initial sketch provided by the project owner. I created this logo easy to remember, clear and minimalist.

To design it I used CorelDRAW X7.

I appreciated your work but in my opinion, the logo design could be more minimal. I think it could be better if you create the database and pipeline idea with using less elements. Also, using many elements with different thicknesses effecting the balance of the logo design badly. However, I liked the relation between the typeface and logo-mark. It is good to see that, corners of the letters suits well with the style of the logo-mark.
