[LOCA] Suitable Private Policy

Loca is a nodejs project which is a tentative of web application that offers a toolkit for owners of buildings, flats, offices, meeting rooms, car parks, letter boxes...
- The idea is to make easy the management of properties and occupants by proposing many services
- Gather all information of your properties and occupants in one place
- Create rent contract from templates available in the system
- Follow the rent payments month by month
- Template letters for recovery of not paid rents
This app is being used for managing assets owned by people and it performs transactions involving large sums which makes is very delicate and sensitive as mistakes would cause lots of financial losses to either parties. This is why they need a reliable and effective privacy policy.
Components
I prepared a privacy policy for this app to enhance it's functionality by making clients to be comfortable with making transactions with them now and in the near future.

Benefits / Improvements
Due to the risk involving asset management a site like loca.com will boost its number of user on the platform once they are certain they have a private policy that is client interest friendly. This will improve its business reputation thereby bringing more clients to their site.
The obvious threats in terms of information security associated with owning a membership website or generally, doing business on the internet today has made it a must for every single internet based entity to have a strongly worded, privacy policy. This gives the potential clients a sense of assurance that their personal, business or banking information will be secured and as such , promotes the usage of mentorient .com and its numerous services.
