I haven't heard about this language in particular before. Few suggestions for you though:

• Avoid installation steps which are already well documented such as in here https://flutter.io/setup-windows/ (here it says only 400M are needed though)
• Similarly for the syntax of the language, this is already well documented in https://www.dartlang.org/guides/language/language-tour
• Try to come up with new and more innovative/useful ways to utilize flutter/dart.
