Steem2Fiat Update: Support for Utopian-io, Busy.org, D.tube, and others!

Steem2Fiat is a Google Chrome extension that makes it easy to visualize current payouts in a fiat of your choice. This PR brings several very exciting changes to the extension, and also mark the first official release, which will appear in the Chrome web store soon.

This extension will make it easier for people to visualize the real-world value of each and every contribution they make on the Steem Blockchain - across a collection of assorted sites. By doing so, they will better be able to communicate the value of sites like Steemit, Busy.org, and D.tube to potential new members, and will hopefully drive more users to the Steem Blockchain platform. Imagine if a large streamer could show the direct revenue they got from their videos, or a blogger could show how much their fanbase was worth? The PR capabilities would be enormous. The extension is also great for everyday users - making it easy to track the value of posts, submissions, and comments on any platform.

First, this update improves performance tremendously - decreasing time-to-first-paint by a matter of seconds since we no longer wait for the DOM content to finish loading. Reward display is near-instantaneous.

Second, this update also adds a new view to the options toolbar to let you see exactly how the payout price is calculated.

Third, and most importantly, this update brings Steem2Fiat to the following new sites:

User settings are preserved across all sites.

I'm itching to get this out to the community so I can get feedback flowing! Hopefully in the future we will add more supported sites, improve performance, and add in new user-requested features.
