MySteemitFriends.Online update: Number of contributors filter added, Contributors ranking set as default

• What feature(s) did you add?

The contributor ranking table on My Steemit Friends is now set as the default feature on Mysteemitfriends.online. If you go to the home page at http://mysteemitfriends.online, enter your Steemit username and press Enter, you will be directed to the Contributor's ranking table.

On the contributor ranking table, you will see that it loads a lot faster than before. This is because the default number of contributors is now set to 1000. Previously, it will list all of your contributors, which is why for some users this was a bit slow.

Now you will find that if you click on any other user's contribution amount, it will load their ranking table with 1000 contributors, which speeds up the browsing process.

At any time if you want to change the number of contributors, simply replace the 1000 number in the textbox with your desired number of contributors (by either typing or clicking the upward/downward arrows, and then click the refresh button

You will see the table update with that number of contributors (assuming you have that many).

contributors.php:

I added a input box to the page to collect the user's desired number of contributors (default number 1000). When the user types a new number into this inputbox and clicks the button, I used JQuery to reload the page with an extra argument setting the number of contributors variable to a new number. The page uses PHP GET method to retrieve this argument and then binds this value to a prepared SQL statement to be executed on SteemSQL database. If the argument is not set by the user, then by default it will be the top 1000 contributors.

index.php:

I disabled the original form submit function for when the enter key is pressed on the username inputbox. Instead, I used a Jquery event listener on the textbox to listen for the ENTER key to be pressed, and when it is pressed it will redirect the user to the contributors ranking page loaded with the username entered in the textbox as the search term.
