Thank you for your contribution to this project. I am happy to see you taking over this project, and always working on improving the quality. I am also happy that you are becoming more familiar with all the HTML tags in the texts, and also that you took such a huge string which is considered as a law and translating it is relatively hard. In the future I advise you to work better on the post and consider previous notes from the language managers so you can target a higher score. Also, you can target a higher score while completing this string by considering the translation notes provided below.

Concerning the post, here are my notes:

1. I still do see some punctuation, spelling, convention and grammar mistakes. I urge you to reconsider my advice about adding an add-on to your browser that will help you with these type of issue or find anyone suitable for proofreading such mistakes. This way you enhance the quality of your post in the future
2. The post contains all the information required in the translation category templated
3. I think that it is always a good practice when using online counters is to have the counter information in the same Language as this post and reference
4. The String link you included is not correct and does not take the reader to the actual string
5. Please reference any images
6. In the future please include where the translated string begins and where it ends, so we don't confuse the word count.

Concerning the translation:

I realize that the text is hard to translate especially with all the HTML codes that you are not familiar with, and since this is a license it is considered hard. There are mistakes that you could have prevented them by:

1. Using Formal Arabic هذه وليس هاته. Which was very repetitive in the translated text
2. You can use an HTML viewer and copy paste all your translation when it has codes so you can double check if you have closed all tags properly and if things are well displayed. Example:

you have an issue in “ ” (left quotation and right quotation) and also in some headings that are not well closed. When I preview your full translation on HTML viewers I see that the positions of the left quotations and the right one is not well displayed.
This is not in all the text! In some places the quotations are well-displayed Example أن “تقوم بالترويج” لعمل ما يعني أن تفعل به أي شيء، بدون is correct. However

“حقوق النشر” تعني أيضا قوانين تشبه قوانين حقوق النشر والتي تطبق على أعمال
من نوع أخر، كالأقنعة الشبه موصلة.
