Steem improvement proposal : URL/QR codes for Steem

When sending funds, Instead of copying and pasting four values into the transfer fields, the idea is the fill in the transfer fields with only one click. This tiny change could eliminate mistyping when sending money, or four copy+paste operations to one click. Bitcoin already has this kind of thing and it's not hard to do. By encoding the transfer details into a single string click to fill-out transfer details is possible and Steem QR codes also.

Steemit, the software, needs to accept a long string describing the transfer. An example is below:

steemit.com/steem:leprechaun?amount=10%20SBD&r=https%3A%2F%2Fsteemfiles.com&memo=the%20memo

The encodings are standard in Web-CGI processing so there are builtin routines or libraries for every popular programming language

In Windows there is no need for a 'protocol - handler' separate program. The protocol handler just is the invocation of the browser setup in the Windows registry.

The result are links that can open you to a wallet with the memo, amount, and username filled out. No users sending funds to accounts that are spelled similarly to those of exchanges if the exchange can provide a link to handle everything.

No keys are handled in this scheme. The user has to authenticate, and confirm with Steemit.com.
