that's an awesome set up. I was actually just thinking how it would be nice for people that want earn more money on steemit but don't have the funds for steem power to earn rewards for moderation of content.

For example, if I someone could spend 8 hours/day moderating content and get a nice incentive like you're providing the quality steem would increase and therefore its price of steem. thanks for all you do :-)
