- unfortunately there is no real need for a seasonal banner, cosmetic graphics do not really help the bot account if anything, it adds another chore to be done

Did some changes. Rather than design for Utopian, I design for Steem. So, basically, anyone can use this on Steemit to wish each other and decorate their profile. Hope this is ok for the contribution.
unfortunately cosmetic materials are not the focus of utopian, the purpose of utopian is helping open source and those whom contribute to open source, a banner is more of users choice than developers.
