Addition of playlist option to dtube

Components

DTube is a decentralized streaming video platform linked to Steemit (the decentralized social media) which allows users to upload videos easily and make money (or cryptocurrency) through the upvotes on their post. I came to realize that on dtube, there is no playlist feature.

Proposal

I will love to propose the addition of playlist under the menu section to dtube. This will be essential to users as they can add videos they love to a particular playlist just as it is on music players and on YouTube.

Here is an example of how the interface of dtube will show the playlist feature when implemented.

Benefits

The simple benefit or advantage of adding playlist to dtube is that they help viewers find videos without much hassle. If I subscribe to a channel that upload series I can easily find the video under a particular playlist named after the series.
