IMPROVEMENTS
This an icon design enhancement. For color enhancement, I used a sun color palette which obviously symbolizes light. And if you look closely, I've inserted a word "bilight" inside and has been a part of the light bulb as well. Actually, I always try to make my designs to look simpler and easy to recognize.

TOOLS
I used Adobe Illustrator CC 2017. See few screenshots of my work below.
