Documentation: Update english documentation (static_en.xml ) for Digital Circuit Simulator

This is in response to hneemann/Digital Github reposistory issue #109 that call for an update on the english documentation of the project. This post updated three chapters/ parts: Introduction, First step and Wires. This is done by paraphrasing to improve the current English documentation.

Documentation Update

The initial english documentation needs an improvement hence some of the documentation contents are fragmented and confusing. The following aspects of the documentations that are changed:

• paraphrasing of all contents for Introduction, First steps and Wires; and.
• changing proper terms used in the project such as Parts change to Components; and,
• reorganizing the English documentation of the project.
