[Translation][Spanish] Silverstrike (0% to 60%, 616 words)

Hello Fellow!

This is the first part of a Spanish translation of the project SilverStrike, that is an open-source Personal finance management django application. As you can see there was no one translating this app into spanish so I decided to contribute.

The project has 197 strings and 984 words. This translation consist of 191 strings and 616 words that is the 60% of the project.
