Register functionality added to DACH-Support Bot also included bugfixes!

Register functionality added! Now it is possible to start a cross platform registration process linking your discord handle to your steem handle and therefore making sure that you are in possession of a certain account on the steem platform.
By starting the process with "?register steemname" a private message is sent to you in discord informing you of the next steps and also containing a secure token to be sent to the bot account on steem within the memo field.
After you did the transaction on steem the "?checkreg" command does check the pending registrations against the incoming transactions to see if a registration has been completed successfully. This will be automated in the next release for even more convenience.
With this functionality added, I will now work on the public voting functions, in the end it was the target to develop a bot that will give full voting control to a community of people ( in this case the D-A-CH community)
Splitted the info command in a "`?info" with a short overview of informations on a given steem account and "?longinfo" with a truckload of informations.
This was done to keep the channels as clean as possible!
I also added functionality that has been requested with suggestions here on Utopian, this time mainly to include more informations by @louis88. The issues related to this have been closed now in Github
- How did you implement it/them?
Token creation is done by using the secrets module within python. This generates quite good cryptographic tokens to be used within the process to make sure that a discord user also has the control over a very specific steem account name.
The software uses private channels to communicate this to the discord users that are opened for this specific reason and will also be used for the complete process of the registration.
