DACH-Support Discord/Steem Bridge -- Basic Ruleset implemented, Sqllite implemented
New Features
Added the upvote command which is in the end the start of the curation process.
This command adds a valid permlink (younger than 3 days, no own post, root post) to the list of posts that can be voted by the community directly in discord.
To have this list persistent a sqlite database was introduced, a table for this is created and the data is stored there.
The voting procedure will in the end use this list to vote the posts in a batch process.
All kinds of error checks have been implemented to have a solid and sound list of permlinks.
Specific error messages are implemented to guide the user in case of a wrong input.
