[Steemia] - Single post page and pipe for markdown

Steemia is a mobile social media application over the Steem Blockchain. There are some of the changes that I made in the given pull request.

Single post section

The single post section is almost done with a minimalist user interface which gives it an amazing look. Here is an example of how it is looking so far.

Android platform

By default, the project didn't have any platform installed which means that it will only run in localhost mode. However, I decided to start testing the app in my device instead of just in the web. To test it in an Android device, you can run the following command:

ionic cordova run android --aot

Markdown parser pipe

A pipe in Angular is like a filter than you can use directly in the template or in code. The benefit of having a pipe to parse the markdown for the content is that repetition of code is avoided which makes the application lighter and more performant. Even though it is not yet implemented into the UI, the code is written and will be implemented once we get our API.
