iSteem - Major changes in the code structure and minor changes in design

Steemit is a mobile application capable of run in iOS and Android. I have committed a contribution to the development of this app where I did the following:

• I rewrite all the pages since code was the same but repeated. To solve this problem, I created a custom component with this exact template and bind the data directly to this component. This allow us to have a lighter application without leaving the desired features.

• I rewrite the logic to get the feeds. It was a function for each feed. Instead, I decided to make it only one function where you can pass the parameter with your desired feed. By doing this, app performance and size can be improved.

• I fix the UI by adding spinners to indicate when data is loading. I also redesigned the header and the tab bar to make it feel clean.

• I fixed the splash screen to avoid it for hiding before app is completely load.

• Data loaders in each page was fixed to wait for data before rendering. In this way, we can have a better UX.
