Utopian is getting a lot of traction and more and more people are coming to the platform. A lot of new users may find the first few days somewhat challenging and could use a little help getting through the learning curve quicker and with fewer mistakes. That's where the Utopian Help Center comes in.

I have started working on a project for the Utopian Help Center, which will be a page on which people can find help with whatever they want to get done through the platform. It will cater for new users as well as those who are a little bit more accustomed to things, but still need a hand with making the best use of the platform. I intend to make content that is helpful and informative.

For this, I have created a repository on GitHub where I will be working on the Help Center.

There will be two quick start guides available:

1. Contributor Quick Start Guide
2. Project Owner Quick Start Guide

I have already started working on the Contributor Quick Start Guide and here's a basic overview of what's going to be in it:

Using Utopian

This section will have information for contributors and project owners on how to make the most of Utopian. It will be a guide with detailed information and tips on the various tools at their disposal. It will have two sub-sections:

1. Contributor Help: contributions of suggestions, code, graphics, etc
2. Project Owner Help: task requests for thinkers, developers, writers, etc

FAQs

A more comprehensive list of FAQs than the ones on the landing page will be featured here. It will cover a wide range of topics around Utopian and its usage.

The content is subject to change as new features roll out on Utopian and the content will be updated accordingly. As this is an initial concept, more content may be added as ideas develop, so expect more improvements with time.
