Project details:

Volentix sets forth VDEX and Vespucci whitepaper, both being main subjects inside the ‘’volentix papers’’ project.

Vdex is originated as a shared and circulated digital assets exchange, with large significance to user environment and experience, that ultimately grants leeway for community development and governance. Through accessing and able of use in well-established automation, it is now fitted to plan properly the new protocols that will give attention to security, speed, authentication, ease of use, scalability, and multi-asset support.

Vdex whitepaper aims to simplify peer-to-peer dealings by bringing together a portfolio of distributed applications, built on the EOS.io propagated operating system, and EOS.io smart contracts.
Initiating Vdex will allow parallelity and compatibility for Volentix’s design conditions
With accessible technologies overlapping the EOS.io system.

Volentix is a cryptocurrency and blockchain-based multifunctional ecosystem that includes four pillars (DApps), these are:

1)Venue:
VENUE allows users to receive some VTX tokens in exchange for their help and participation in submitting works.
It has been programmed as a vigorous public community platform that regulates and aligns members of the Volentix community, in order to facilitate for the allocation of VTX, the native digital currency of the Volentix ecosystem.

2)Verto
Verto is a kind of wallet. Unlike normal wallets, the Verto is a multi-currency wallet that enables continuous management of funds by VDEX users.
It intends to facilitate
It also intends to expedite personal and local managing of private and public keys in peer-to-peer executions, with the intent of eliminating any risk of large losses, associated with traumatic failures of main operators.

3)Vesspuci
Vespucci is conceived as a data-processing engine, reachable via a user-friendly interface with real-time data and historical market analytics, such as digital assets ratings and sentiment analysis.
The main target of this pillar is to delegate users with tools to graph and measure tradeable digital assets, thus allowing access to defined historical trading records, plot trends and patterns, and capability of monitoring and evaluating open-source software developments.

4)VDex
VDex is the most important DApp of this project, due to it being a distributed and decentralized digital assets exchange built on EOS.10 intelligent contracts.
This shows that VDex is reliable and quick for cryptocurrency transactions.

These DApps work in complete synchronization for the aim of boosting each one's effectiveness, resulting in the enhancement and improvement of the whole Volentix ecosystem.

EOS.IO sticks out, among other candidates for the substructure of our VDex exchange, as a commendable framework-like operating system upon which scattered applications can be built.
The EOS.io software provides accounts, authentication, databases, nonparallel communication, and scheduling across clusters.

At first, VDex will profit from the standard features offered by EOS.IO such as account and wallet creation or the recovery of stolen keys, but soon after that, protocols for the creation of a decentralized exchange through EOS contracts and other tools will be enabled.

The project also describes some of the promising methodologies to come
such as:

  • Context Free Actions

A context-free action involves transaction-data based computations, that unlike other user actions, does not require access to the blockchain in order to perform validation.

A primary example of such a computation is signature validation.
Given only the transaction-data and a signature, it is able to enumerate the public key that signed the transaction. This computation is one of the most costly individual computations a blockchain must perform.

Because this computation doesn’t depend on the blockchain state and only relies on transaction data, EOS.io can process all context-free actions in parallelity just like the signature verification.

  • Parallelization and optimization

Segregating authentication from application grants much faster transaction time and increases bandwidth (the maximum rate of data transfer across a given path).
EOS.IO blocks are reportedly produced every 500ms.

  • Web Assembly(WASM)

WebAssembly (abbreviated Wasm) is a binary instruction format for a stack-based virtual machine. Wasm is designed as a portable target for compilation of high-level languages like C/C++/Rust, enabling deployment on the web for client and server applications.
The Wasm stack machine is designed to be encoded in a size- and load-time-efficient binary format. WebAssembly aims to execute at native speed by taking advantage of common hardware capabilities available on a wide range of platforms.

The potential of the Volentix ecosystem is enormous and I am honored to be a part of it as a Hebrew team translator. This development paves the way for more distributed and shared application, therefore being a huge benefit for the next generation of users.

The main reason for creating this system and its need to be translated into various languages is the achievable aspiration for a truly global society where people can collaborate in the most efficient, fair, secure, transparent and democratic ways.
Basically building a set of technologies to bring people together in order to encourage a decentralized crypto exchange.

It is definitely one of the more exciting and yet difficult projects I have ever been involved in. Some words were really quite challenging, such as the ‘’Vdex exchange’’, that was problematic to translate due not having the proper Hebrew term for it.
So in order for it to make sense and be compatible with the English term, I wrote it as
‘’Money-exchanger - חלפן כספים’’, Or the many other technical currency-related terminologies that each required expanded research of their own,
For instance, the c++ programing language specified in the project.

The Volentix platform uses several Extraordinary Security Features from the EOS.IO System in overcoming security challenges that interfere with traditional exchange platforms,

● Detect malware with the audit process

● Random diversification - that by switching protocols is a level of complexity

● Identify several factors

● Make sure the inspection log is a control.

● Prevent replays of transactions on forks that do not include the referenced block

● If the block manufacturer takes a number of runtimes that are unreasonable or not profitable enough, the process is blacklisted.

● Deploy special contracts that only accept deposits of known tokens from KYC'd accounts

● All accounts may only read and write in their own personal database

In conclusion, I believe Empowering communities with global trade capabilities without the need of third parties is just phenomenal and will definitely be necessary for future cryptocurrency purposes.
