Picture in picture viewer for DTube and other platforms

Idea:
I like watching online content (videos) while coding or gaming.
The idea is to create a picture in picture viewer for DTube and other platforms that enables the user to watch online content in a resizable always on top window.
Progress:
The program works with search requests for YouTube (for instance "kurzgeasagt addiction"), with YouTube links and with ifps links (right-click the DTube video, select "copy video-address").
There may be some issues on linux.
How to use (copy of readme.md for non utopian users):
- Download & open pip_stable.jar (for experimental features use pip.jar) (from https://github.com/leo1200/pip)
YouTube:
- copy the link of a video & press start / search requests like "kurzgesagt addiction" are also possible.
DTube:
- open the DTube video in your browser
- right-click the video
- select "copy video address"
- paste the address into the textfield & press start
To do:
- enable DTube links
- press enter to start
- make the window bezel-less (take a look at the development branch)
- fix linux issues

What tools do you mean? I did not find any that worked for me (not in the foreground / no dTube support / not bezel-less / not resizable / ...). Do I have to change anything that keeps the program from being approved? Thanks for your support....
