Utopian NPM API Update

Statistics have been added to the Utopian NPM package. I use a lot of functions of Utopian NPM package. but we could not access the statistics with this NPM package. I added an endpoint and wrote a method to access the utopian statistics. We will now access top projects in Utopian.
New Features
Now we can see the details of the utopian contribution categories. We can see how many contributions are approved from which categories. We can access detailed statistics such as total moderated contributions, total paid rewards, total pending rewards, and total paid authors etc... I also added getTopProjects () which returns top utopian projects. The new functions I added is below.
