[utopian-io] Add maximum rewards per category.

Hello,

So this is pretty straightforward :

While talking with @therealwolf and @elear about his post I realized that most of the people weren't aware of the differences in reward between the categories.

So I propose to just add the maximum percentage a contribution in a category can earn like so :

This way developers won't feel that they are paid as much as the others and instantly see that their hard work is well rewarded.

What do you guys think ?
