New commenting Bot for Utopian.io contributions history.

- What is the project about?
This new tiny bot at @chronicled is basically provides previous contribution statistics on utopian. Bot make a comment on contribution post with welcome message along with category wise contribution done so far. And also provides info on how many contributions have been approved and upvoted by utopian with total payout. I feel it gives much insights to contributors about his/her contributions.
If contributor have done any contributions previously bot will provide all stats, here is the screenshot of @chronicled bot comment on my post
If contributor is new and created first contribution bot will say "Congratulations on your first contribution to Utopian!".

I am looking to add new feature to provide more info regarding if author has been banned on utopian i.e ineligible for review and upvote and will be adding upvote feature for all eligible post on utopian once bot gets enough RC resource for upvote this is gonna kick start, so i'm expecting from community members here to delegate/upvote the bot since it doesn't have enough resource to do upvote. And also a daily statistics post over @chronicled blog. - How to contribute?

For some time bot was operating on @utopian-buddy and now it has been changed to @chronicled because users started thinking bot is backed or sponsored by utopian.io but it was not. To avoid any confusion renamed the bot and post as well.
Thank you for your contribution. It's a nice little project. You are checking the utopian posts every 5 min and taking the only first result, what will happen if more than one post added in the last 5 minutes. Also for utopian-io contributions, we do not look for utopian-io as the first tag so you might be missing a lot of contributions which does not have utopian-io as the first tag.
Please try to be consistent with equals, i.e. if you are using '===' keep that everywhere and not '=='. You can actually take Utopian.rocks API to get all the newest posts to the Utopian.
Also, you have to add some kind of stop command for your bot, if people do not want to see the comments in their post they can opt-out.
Your contribution has been evaluated according to Utopian policies and guidelines, as well as a predefined set of questions pertaining to the category.

Thank you for reviewing my contribution, Yes as you said bot is missing couple of contributions. Already I'm using Utopian.rocks to get latest data but still it doesnt have all contributions in it so I'm working on other alternative. I'm closely monitoring user comments about bot and talking to community members as well in discord. I'll fix these issues..

Not me, but it was kind of akward to a friend of mine. Either way opt-outs are great. I hated how grammarnazi kept spamming me, so I simpathize a lot with it.
