Adding Contribution Guidelines for the Travel Mate android app

Details
The app provides users with various features from choosing the correct destination to making all the bookings and to easily organizing the trip. The app provides solutions for every possible problem a traveller might face during the course of his or her entire journey.
In this project i have added/updated these files
- Added CONTRIBUTING.md and SETUP_GUIDELINES.md
- Updated pull_request_template in .github folder.
- Changes in README.md regarding installation and Contributing.
Components
There was no guidelines for open source contribution for new contributors and no way to tell them what are the guidelines for commits, PR's, Issues and What are the best practices to follow to be a contributing member of an open source project.
