Unable to login to Knacksteem from landing page.

Expected behavior
The landing page provides a portal to access the main website. The landing page has a login and sign up button to enable pre-exiting users login or non-existing users signup. I expected that I'd be able to login to Knacksteem using the login button on the landing page.
Actual behavior
After clicking the login button, the steemconnect security login protocol pops-up. After logging in, the Knacksteem page opens but, I'm not logged in. I have to login again using the button on the website.
How to reproduce
- Access the landing page
- Click the login button
- Login with steemconnect
- Knacksteem webpage opens but user is not logged in.
- Browser/App version: Google Chrome v70.0.3538.102
- Operating system: Windows 7.

I was able to replicate this issue on the following environment:
Great to see that you reported this to GitHub (https://github.com/knacksteem/knacksteem.org/issues/67), however, this could have been easily been missed if I didn't check the repository. Feel free to include a link to the issue in your posts, this is useful for quick reference for readers and project owners :)
Although I believe your steps were clear enough for the project owners as they marked this as a bug, they could have been improved by including the actual URL of the pages I should navigate to, on this occasion where you reference landing, you could have added http://join.knacksteem.org. I wasn't 100% sure what the landing page was or URL for it without looking at the video. I have not decreased the score because of this on this occasion as overall I believe the project owner knows exactly what you're talking about, but one to bear in mind for future reports :)
Other than that, your score could have been improved by providing potentially causes surrounding the issues.
