Overview
The concept of open source software goes beyond making source codes open to other people. It also provides a medium for collaborative development of a single project, by other individuals(who are called contributors). Anyone can contribute to an open source project, but not every kind of contribution is accepted. That's why it is necessary to have a contributors guideline to inform prospective contributors on how to make acceptable contributions. The contributor's guideline can also spur individuals to contribute to a project.
Actual content
I created a contributor's guideline for the project. I ensured I covered all the necessary bases. I don't think prospective contributors to FOSS Browser will find any difficulty using the document as a guideline.
