Adding float to Bs player

Components
I noticed users cant float the Bs player which do not enable users to put it into float mode and do some other works on the phone while Bs player is still on.

Proposal
The float mode should be added to Bs player so as to enable users to multitask while using the player

Benefits
It will enable users to do alot of things while still operating on the Bs music player
it will increase the value and usefulness of the phone which will eventually increase the number of users of the Bs player application.
