Translation of SteemPi v2 (Traditional Chinese) | SteemPi v2 繁體中文翻譯

I talked with @techtek about multilingual versions of SteemPi and discovered that there is NO Chinese versions. I agreed to do the Chinese translations for him. Here is the traditional Chinese translation :

Based on the source file, there are English, German, and Dutch versions, by adding Chinese versions (traditional and simplified) will definitely boost the potential user base. With the additional double byte characters, there is also opportunities of testing SteemPi against double-byte characters support.

從源碼中得知，現在有英文，德文和荷蘭文。如果可以增加不同的中文版本，絕對可以增加潛在的用戶群。而且有了相字節字符，亦可以測試SteemPi對它們的支援。
