Suggestions for Reducing Traffic while uploading on Dtube

Proposal

Recently, I've noticed the stacked trafficing of uploading posts and videos on drive.
First of all, quick recap.
What is Dtube?
Dtube is a crypto incentive initiative which aims at being an alternative or replacing YouTube in your everyday uploading of videos using ipfs to download and share contents created on the steem blockchain.
What is Ipfs?

InterPlanetary File System is a protocol and eponymous network designed to create and modify a content-addressable, peer-to-peer method of storing and sharing hypermedia in a distributed file system

Due to some experiments and tests run by some computer folks, the Ipfs is slower and due to the increasing rate of steemit community, the ipfs will cause major delays and lead to users frustrations.
Just today, I decided to use the Dtube interface to post and I saw this long queue.

I had to wait for thirty minutes before I could deliver my post on the interface and this making it stressful. I suggest some codes be made available to at least reduce the traffic in uploading.

Steps need to be taken to ensure safer and faster surfing on dtube. Examples:
• improving dagmodifier to fully and wholely support cidv1
